Re: [cdt-dev] String externalization work in CDT

This especially applies to the debugger UI. The Eclipse Debug framework has
been changing and to catch up we need to rewrite most of the UI classes.
These changes haven't been submitted in CVS to avoid the build breakage.
And I use the externalized strings for the new development, so there is no
need to send patches.
