[cdt-dev] CDT releng plugin

Hey all,

As promised, here's the plugin I built
to create the builds.  You need a read/write account on download.eclipse.org
to run it and, as such, is not generally useful.  It does show what
can be done with the 'application' extension point to allow eclipse to
be run headless while performing an automated task.
