[cargotracker-dev] Cargo Tracker Incorporated into Jakarta EE Documentat

Hi folks,

I am happy to share that Cargo Tracker has now been incorporated into
the official Jakarta EE documentation:
https://jakarta.ee/learn/docs/cargotracker-documentation/current/index.html.
This involved moving from the GitHub Wiki to AsciiDoc/Antora. Tayebwa
Noah did this work as his Google Summer of Code project. He is from
Uganda. Kito Mann kindly took the time to mentor him.

Check out the end result. I think it looks pretty good.
