I think this is the first post on this mailing list.

I have referred to BaSys4.0 presentation.

My doubts:

1. How do apps get installed on devices? Who manages the app ecosystem?

2. OSGi and Apache Karaf provide modularization and containerization facility. How creating special runtime beneficial in this case?
