[asciidoc-wg] Milestone build 0.2.0 announcement

I'm pleased to share that we've published the second milestone build (0.2.0) for the AsciiDoc Language project.

This milestone is a pre-release to mark progress in the ongoing work to develop the AsciiDoc Language specification. This milestone build primarily consists of decisions that had to be made before work could begin on the specification documentation itself. Most of these decisions have been recorded as SDRs (specification decision records). This build also includes the first draft of the JSON schema for the ASG.

The milestone build is labeled by the 0.2.0 tag and summarized in the 0.2.0 "release" in the project repository. See https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/asciidoc-lang/asciidoc-lang/-/releases/0.2.0. The source of the tag can be downloaded from https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/asciidoc-lang/asciidoc-lang/-/archive/0.2.0/asciidoc-lang-0.2.0.zip (or any download link provided through the repository interface). This tag is the second in a series of pre-1.0.0 milestone builds (0.y.z) as the project moves towards having a complete set of artifacts. The next milestone build is expected to have the first section of content in the actual specification document.
