Note that the plan looks very similar to the Program Plan for 2022 as goals that were not accomplished in 2022 have been moved to 2023.

Additionally, I added a goal to present at more tech writing/developer conferences in 2023 and aim to debut the AsciiDoc Language Spec in Q3/Q4 next year.
