Hi Community members/Developers,

My name is Prashantkumar Khatri, and I am currently a third-year B.Tech. student at Jamia Millia Islamia University, located in New Delhi, India. I am pursuing a specialization in Computer Science Engineering.

This summer, I have been granted the opportunity to participate in the Google Summer of Code program. I will be dedicating my efforts to enhance the reliability of the graphical editors for Eclipse 4diac IDE under mentorship of Bianca Wiesmayr and the invaluable support of the entire community. This will be achieved through the development of a robust architecture for UI testing. Majorly I'll focus on to address “Type Editor” where function blocks are created, specifically targeting the creation of Function Block Types (FBTs). By addressing various functionalities within type editors, I’m planning to streamline the overall process of creating, managing and exporting FBTs, which ultimately improves the overall user experience and productivity.
