Hi,

it seems. That we are currently delivering a rather old Java JRE. I have to look into that. 

In the meantime if you have a JRE installed on your Mac you can use this one. However you have to remove two lines from the 4diac-ide.ini file. The two lines
should be line 8 & 9:
  -vm
  plugins/org.eclipse.justj.openjdk.hotspot.jre.full.stripped.win32.x86_64_14.0.2.v20200722-0546/jre/bin
