Seems like the -version and or -metadataRepository parameters you passed 
are ignored or do something else :)
However the requested jar 
org.eclipse.xtext.docs.feature_0.7.0.v200810290511.jar is available 
from  milestones uSite only.
Setup your *.build dsl file properly instead. Also try to add 
/site-galileo.xml to the URL's end.
