[xfsc-dev] License file for each XFSC project repository

I hope you are all doing well. In accordance with the Eclipse Foundation's guidelines, it is mandatory for each project to include a license file prominently displayed on the main page of the project repository. Below, you will find the instructions for this task, along with a sample available here:

• A best example from one of the XFSC repositories. Please see that the link to license in the README file is to the LICENSE file:  https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/xfsc/tsa/golib

Please see https://www.eclipse.org/legal/noncodelicenses.php to see approved licenses for Non-Code, Example, and Other Content. As per https://www.eclipse.org/legal/termsofuse.php, the definition of non-code is as follows:

“Non-Code Content is Content for which you own or control all rights, and which is not program code intended to be submitted to a Project (or documentation related to such code) and which is not Stored Information. For example, Non-Code Content would include white papers, dissertations, articles or other literary works, power point presentations, encyclopedias, anthologies, wikis, blogs, diagrams, drawings, sketches, photos or other images, audio content, video content and audiovisual materials.”

Kindly ensure the appropriate license is added to each project as soon as possible. Your contributions are greatly anticipated, and I will require feedback once this step is completed by each of you.
