[Wtp-wst-dev] Detail explanation on how WTP creates web services

Hi,

I am thinking of writing something about explaining
the procedure of creating web services by using WTP
wizard, so that the newcomers can understand how WTP
works.

Can anybody let me have some information about WTP so
I can start based on it?
