[Wtp-wst-dev] DTD validator available

The DTD validator is now available in the WST CVS repository. The validator can be invoked by right-clicking on a DTD file in the navigator view and selecting 'Validate DTD File'.

Please let me know if you run into any problems.

Attached is a patch to add the validator to the build map file.
