Both those bundles use import-package for their javax.jws
dependency
That dependency should be satisfied by the presence of the
javax.jws 2.0.0 bundle from Orbit with the BREE still set to
J2SE-1.5
Is that bundle in the build or is there a problem with using
import-package for dependencies?
