We are interested in restarting this effort.  However, one other consideration that we had mentioned before was that WTP would like its prerequisites (at least the major ones- EMF, GEF, and DTP) building in CBI.  Are there any other projects building in CBI besides the Platform?  And what would be the best way for us to restart this effort?  (Should this discussion move to a CBI mailing list?  Are there still CBI meetings?)

Hi Pawel,

I started CBI work on WTP last year but things got busy and I never finished it. Back then WTP was still in CVS as well. I will see if I can rebase the work I started sometime next week against the Git repos and post the patches somewhere maybe bugzilla perhaps we can restart this effort now that Kepler is being released soon.
