Sorry about the lack of email. We had a respin going since the
build last night had some problems for unknown reasons. Please kill
the build running now if you need to get a new one going for
platform RC2a.

final Kepler prerequisites, We're moving up to the RC2 versions
of the platform and EMF. (GEF is staying at M7 still, and DTP
already finalized their 1.10.2 release.)
