Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2.1 M-build 

Please document your Project's testing and approval of this build, 
by Thursday, 2 PM (Eastern Time), 
or let us know if that's not possible. 

There is another build running, that will be done in several hours. 
Someone released "late" changes in  
org.eclipse.jst.common.ui 
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee 
So teams effected by those will need to wait until that subsequent build
finishes. 
(Which I realize may be many teams, not knowing more about that the changes
were). 

Also, there are some unit test failures that should be accounted for in
sign offs. 
(That is, either fix them, if they represent regressions, or a bad test,
or else they say 
they are intermittent, and list bug where they are being tracked (and if
happens more than 2 or 3 times, 
please remove them, until they are fixed).
