Nope. No mirror. I'm using eclipse.org. Seems there are
infrastructure problems this afternoon, but this seems rather
specific. Perhaps it is an Oracle specific issue. There seems to be
something about that file that our network doesn't like.

Has anyone been able to successfully download the
WTP-SDK for this
build? The non-sdk build seems to come down fine, but the SDK build
gets stuck and 2MB and then finishes/aborts.
