[wtp-releng] One reason for latest failure?

The I build failed (a few hours ago) with a message that it could not find 
or resolve 

org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.editor.core_[1.0.0,2.0.0)

once it got to dali tools. 

Not sure why, and I can see only partial log from where I am, 

but thought I'd post this in case it help. 

Maybe they missed an ICU dependancy? Or .. has a major version change 
taken place? 
Hope this wasn't the bundle they eliminated :)
