Dimitar,

I did an initial analysis on the problem. Both seem to be different problems, but neither seem to be related to the core server framework. I have requested for further investigation from the individual server adapters. Did you try Tomcat by any chance?

Java EE scenario failed on publish.
Tested with JBoss 4.2 and Glassfish 2
 
I have tested on OSX 10.5.5 if I have time I will try it on Windows.

Note 
There is 1 JSF Junit failure being investigated, however this does not affect smoketesting of the other teams.
