This is just a reminder that this week is WTP 3.1 M3 planning week. No build to smoketest or declare so feel free to release.

Teams should also focus on addressing the Junit failures on the 3.1 builds.

We are striving to have error free weekly builds to declared, achieving clean stable drivers for all users.

Starting next week, all Junit failure bugs will be opened as blockers as they will prevent us from declaring weekly builds.
