Dali dependencies and pre-reqs for org.eclipse.jpt.ui have not changed for the last few months, nor have we changed the order of compilation.

Did the Dali team change dependancies? pre-reqs? Order of compilation?

I haven't looked closely and realize a failure in 'dali' part of the build isn't necessarily from dali's code ... but, seems like a good place to start?
