[wtp-releng] Status of M-builds

When I returned from my dental appointment,
I had about a dozen messages asking "what's wrong with build machine"?

Well, I don't know, but the machine
was apparently re-started this morning .... for the third day in a row!
 :) ... so I have now restarted Cruisecontrol. 

Through an exchange of emails, the problem
with axis2 doc was tracked down and fixed. 

I believe there's one (or two?) bugs
that have been approved that have not been checked in yet. We just as well
wait an hour to get that approved fix in, then we'll re-build our 3.0.1
RC2 candidate. So, ETA approx 6 PM Eastern time.
