[wtp-releng] About about files

I've been making some mass updates to
our about.html files this evening. And, released what I could. 

They are supposed to have "current
date" if the plugin has changed since the last time it was released.

All of our main plugins have changed
since last release, except 5 of them, so I went ahead and updated 
them all. I picked "June, 2008"
as the "current date".

I'm sending this note so that 

1. JPA Team: quick scan looked like
all yours had "2008", and if so then yours are fine, if not,
please update. 

2. JSF Team: looked like most of yours
have to be updated. 

3. All: I tried to be careful not to
release if there were other changes so 
   A. be sure to sanity check
that I didn't step on any recent changes you've made, and 
   B. if I couldn't release
yours, please do so soon. 

We need to send a set of our about.html
files for review on 5/15, so wanted to get them up-to-date by end-of-day
5/14.
