Just updated smoke tests for JPT.  We need to declare I-Build I20080208170344 or newer to have the right JPT code.  Thanks.

Note:
There 1 intermittent WS Junit failures on the build, but not believed to affect the fitness of the build.  More tracing will be added to the build for investigation after the I build is declared.
