Have all you project leads already spent
one hour triaging those old enhancement requests? 
And only reduced the back log by 25?

If so .. that sure is disappointing
it turned out to be such a hard task ... sorry if I so vastly under estimated
the amount of time it would take.

Remember, appropriate responses to many
of these will be to 

        mark
helpwanted keyword, with a polite thank you for the good idea but we don't
have people to work on this but would accept high quality patches. 

        resolve
as "wontfix" if you really think it is a bad idea (e.g. conflicts
with projets goals, poor usability/performance, etc.) 

        mark
as invalid if there isn't enough information for you to understand what's
being requested. 

           
    target to 3.0 if you think it is a valid request you will
likely have time to work on for this release

        and
.. there might be a few cases where already fixed? Or a duplicate of another?
