[wtp-releng] WTP 1.5.5 status and plans this week

Recall we are going to declare a bi-weekly
WTP 1.5.5 Maintenance build this week.  There are currently two issues:

(1)  12 Failing J2EE JUnits Tests.
 Please resolve this ASAP.

(2) 6 PMC approved bugs which have not
been released to a build.  Please release and update these bugs ASAP:
