Close, but not quite...

We are still missing smoke test results
from JSF, Server tools, XSD, and XML/JSP.  Please test and update
the wiki ASAP!

We also have 5 bugs still targeted for
RC4:

This seems pretty bad to me, but since it does not affect

The only thing left here to is to update when the orbit
declared version changes its id to a released value, post RC4.
