Well, we finally have a clean build!
 Thanks everyone for their hard work yesterday in getting last minute
fixes and JUnit resolutions in.  Here is our RC2 candidate:

It seems as though we have had quite
a bit of churn, so I would recommend each team smoke test this build and
update the wiki page with your team's readiness to declare RC2.  Unless,
we hear from you, we will consider your component as voting complete for
RC2.  (We do need to start curtailing this churn as we get to RC3
and RC4 however...)

There are no more bugs in PMC mode for
RC2, although there are still 33 bugs targeted for RC2.  Please take
this time to triage those bugs, especially J2EE, who own 70 % of these
bugs.   This is also a good time to do some bug fix verifications
while testing.

There is one bug related to the license
file changes for Europa which all components have fixed except JSF.  If
I'm not mistaken, the patch is applied, but not tagged for a build.  Do
we want to respin for this (no code)?
