[wtp-releng] RC0 Build Status and Milestone Smoke Tests

We will be respinning at least one more
time to pick up some changes in axis2 properties files, but we are almost
to RC0.  And for those teams ready, please start your final smoke
testing to declare the milestone driver.

There is one failing JPT test case.
 Please investigate.
There are 2 blocker bugs in J2EE targeted
for RC0.  Please drop a fix this morning or triage and set severity
appropriately.
There are 11 blockers fixed, but unverified.
 Also 9 criticals unverified.

Teams should not be dropping any more
changes to RC0 unless it is for one of the items above or for a similarly
serious reason.
