This is a little bit tricky.  You
need to manually version the releng.wtpbuilder project, then, update the
releng/maps/build.cfg file to match that version.  Then, release the
build.cfg file.  This will trigger a build with the updated releng.wtpbuilder.

I have added the junits to
the test.xml file and still don’t see the tests being run. Do we need
to release this change?

yes, still needed to get the tests to actually run. 

in the project named 
releng.wtpbuilder 

it is in the following directory
\distribution\wtp.tests\testScripts\

The  wiki page, WTP_Adding_JUnits
,  was very useful in debugging the problem we had in executing new
tests. The last section in the doc, WTP test.xml, has steps to update the
test.xml file in the wtpBuilder. I am not able to locate this file. Is
this still required?
