No, not there yet, but close. 

So, close, in fact, I think

 Fri, 23 Feb 2007 -- 07:58 (UTC) 
will be our final 'candidate' build and will be suitable
for promotion later today. 
So committers, please check it out. 

Here's the things I know that remain to be done: 

1. A fix for our own late breaking blocker was put in
this build, but needs final 
PMC review ... and in this case, even owner review, since
I tweaked the fix 
before committiung it. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=174392

2. This build was done with the Eclipse
platfrom build from 
I20070222-0951
This is the build that is destined be
renamed M5a, if it passes all it's 
tests and it's own final team and PMC
reviews. 

We will not rebuild with "M5a"
since the code will be exactly the same, but 
we (John) will need to update our HTML
download page to reflect the correct 
name and link once it is ready. 

3. Need to produce our milestone update
site and tie-in to Europa update sites. (that's my to-do). 

Let me know if I've forgotten to list
anything here.
