Web services is done. I've committed
and released updates to versions on the following bundles to R1_5_maintenance
(tag v200702021949) and HEAD (tag v200702021951):

org.eclipse.jst.ws.creation.ui     1.0.103

org.eclipse.wst.command.env        1.0.102
-> 1.0.103
org.eclipse.wst.command.env.core   1.0.101 ->
1.0.102
org.eclipse.wst.internet.proxy     1.0.100

org.eclipse.wst.ws          
      1.0.101 -> 1.0.102

The following plugin was similarly updated
earlier today via bug 172612:

org.eclipse.wst.ws.ui

Ok, I'm under the impression if we can get resolution on the plugin versions,
we should respin for the RC. 

All other defects can wait til next week, as there is no need to rush them
in if we are not sure. 

Keith, Amy have dropped.  Carl is investigating now for J2EE.  Chris
B and Tim D can you guys get a look?

The smoke test results all look positive, just waiting on a few more responses...

However, I don't see any point in declaring the current build when we have
~6 bugs ready to be dropped, 2 of which are still waiting on one more PMC
vote.  So, I propose we hold off declaring the RC until we have a
build with these fixes.  To that end, let's target a build for noon
EST today, and if you only have one positive PMC vote, go ahead and release
based on that one person's review and we can back out the change if need
be.  The affected teams can then do a quick sniff test on the build
results and we can declare that as our 1.5.3 RC to start testing with on
Monday. 

Also, please be sure to send a note to wtp-releng if you do redrop and
all teams please make sure your smoke test results are updated on the wiki
