I attached a comment in the bug,  I am still able to reproduce on the build with Tim's fix for the junit.  This only happens if you have an EAR project with J2EE module projects.  If I delete my EAR, it works fine.

I just try the server smoke test on 1.5.2 R1.5Fri, 6 Oct 2006 -- 15:13
(UTC)

And the wizard launched with no problems. I know there was a failing JUnit
which Tim(I assumed) fixed on yesterdays built.

I have opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=160054

I was not able to launch the new server wizard so I was not able to proceed
with any runtime testing.  I reproduced this twice on separate workspaces.

This build had one JUnit failue (Tim, please investigate).

And many with were "Did Not Finish". That was deliberate ... there's some
issues with eclipse.org outgoing network ....
