[wtp-releng] Ready for smoking? .... Not yet

We are looking into JUnit failures and
should be ready for re-spins after noon ... once we get clean runs in terms
of JUnit's we'll smoke test those. 


Keep you eyes on the I-builds using
3.3 M1. I think those will be ready to smoke test this afternoon, and we'll
discuss at status call what to do about declaring a WTP M1. 
Be sure the code you've released for
it, is the code you intend ... such as any maintenance fixes should also
be released to head releng to be picked up by M1 builds.
