[wtp-releng] A Note on nonstandard Eclipse 3.3. M1 base on our PPC build

Just in case anyone else is using PPC,
and linux, you might want to follow bug 154856 and related bugs.

Its a "big" problem, but,
easy to "fix" (by removing the "advanced" filesystem
fragment from Eclipse bundles)  .... 
and, I just wanted to note here explicitly
that we are therefore not using quite the standard version of Eclipse 3.3.
M1 ... 
just in case anyone is trying to follow-along
and duplicate our builds and tests on their own PPC machines. 

Again, if you don't use PPC this would
not be an issue at all. Sounds like it'll be all fixed up for M2.
