Any chance you changed the "prune
directories" setting in preferences?  (Under Team, CVS, Files
and Folder tab). 

The default (I'm pretty sure) is checked,
meaning checkout (and compare, I think) ignores empty directories in cvs).


This is only thing that comes immediately
to mind.

I have projects that have empty folders in
CVS. When I try to release the project, I get the following error:

I also get an error when I synchronize the
project.  Any pointers?
