The root of this problem is that we don’t
have consistent maintenance stream branching. In this case someone assumed that
this plugin was not branched, tagged the head revision and released it into the
1.5m map file. These types of mistakes are bound to happen again.

1.5.1
Thu, 27 Jul 2006 -- 21:36 (UTC)
Note: this build will require a "clean install".
Because there was a mistake last week where some plugins were mistakenly
released with the wrong 3rd qualifier and
this week those were corrected, even though it meant the version numbers went
"down" (not monotonically increasing).
For example,
last week:
org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core_1.1.100.v200607200220.jar
this
week fixed: org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core_1.1.1.v200607272109.jar
This
would only be a problem if anyone is trying to take advantage of the fine
grained versioning,
and
installing in the same location, which I suspect is not too wide spread yet ...
and I write this here
just
so anyone can correct me if I'm wrong. We don't expect this to be a common
mistake, but
I've
opened bug 152182 to improve this part of our process so we'd catch these
mistakes
earlier.
See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=152182 if interested.
Thanks
everyone!
