J2EE Smoke test uncovers four major
regressions:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=151283
 - setting J2EE module dependencies on an EAR hangs workbench
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=151285
- creating xdoclet servlets throws bogus validate edit
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=151291
- deleting j2ee modules job never finishes
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=150412
- binary modules not returned by j2ee deployables during publish

I was able to get through some ejb and
web scenarios and run on server, but it was ugly.  Given the nature
of these regressions for a point release, I am failing the smoke test.

I also saw https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=149197
intermittently.

FYI - We have not yet been able to investigate
the first 3.  For the fourth one, Tim D and I have a fix almost ready,
although it is questionable whether it is worth holding up declaring for
that one.
