[wtp-releng] 2.0, 1.5 and 1.0 Builds Started (almost!)

Hi,
I think we are now able to build 2.0 and 1.5 maintenance streams now. I
tried to make the same changes for 1.0.3 stream but the build on that
branch seem to have problems near the end while packing update jars for
tests - message copied below (David I think this has smt to do with
zipping and maybe 255 character limits).
Primarily the changes involve the use of the property named
"buildBranch" to split build streams. The values are R2.0, R1.5, R1.0
and R0.7. Each build stream can now have R,I,S,M builds although only
M/R builds make sense for the older streams.
Another problem I had to address was to manage the multiple build
streams at our downloads site. I tried not to create new folders but I
had to give up. Downloads folder now sorts builds under a separate
folders for each stream (i.e. drops/R2.0 drops/R1.5 etc). I fixed the
index.php so that they are still listed automatically - It is actually
kind of nice :-) I was very proud that I could write php. You can find
the changes under committers site.
Finally, I had to create a R_1_5_maintenance branch for releng.jsf/maps
since they are part of the 1.5 builds. JSF team will have to work on
two branches like the rest of us now.
