[wtp-releng] Respin planned for 1:30 Eastern time

I plan to respin our RC4 build at 1:30
Eastern time today. 

This is partially to be pure and build
with the just released versions of EMF, GEF, and JEM ... well, EMF was
released earlier, I forgot to update, GEF was just released, and JEM is
planning to release by 1:00, if all goes well. 

 Plus, some have mentioned to me
there is some bugs important to fix in RC4 (and for the most part these
have been ready, are safe, and just a matter of releasing). 

This would put another candidate ready
at approximately 3:30 Eastern time ... so hopefully re-smoke tests could
be still done today? 

If anyone finds any other "blockers"
or regressions and need a delay in that start time, let me know. Well,
let everyone know, by a post here.
