[wtp-releng] Status of RC1 build

Please don't pay too much attention
to all the JUnit failures in latest RC1 build. 
The only reason they ran all is that
I was sitting there canceling the ones that hung. 
So, something's amiss.  I might
well simply be the UI parts of that PPC distribution?

I tried to restart our "backup"
build machine ... but, apparently, it will take a little 
TLC to start building again. Naci ..
you up yet? :) I think config.xml's etc., need to be 
"hand copied" from cvs to
be current? (Or, maybe I've just forgotten how to use that machine :)
