Eugene,

We are not shipping any part of TPTP
in WTP. This is just so we can run test coverage reports in our build.
However, I agree that we should update. I'll have Jeffrey look at this
when he has time. I'll open a bug to track this.

Is this for WTP 1.5? I see in your original
note that TPTP 4.0.0 is used which is a very old release and it does not
contain any WTP integration. The integration is introduced since TPTP 4.1.0.1.
TPTP 4.2 build should be used instead with WTP 1.5. TPTP-4.2.0-200604131758
is our latest i2(m6) candidate build.
Also the zip file you has is the Agent Controller code, which does not
contain the TPTP Profile on Server integration. Please contact Hubert Leung
who is our build contact and he can point you to the right build for running
the scanning tool.

I poked around the TPTP downlaod page
and they moved this to the archive server. I'll open a bug and update the
dependencies.

I just ran a local build on a clean directory and it failed because the
TPTP dependency is missing. 

Was this recently deleted to free up disk space? If so, could some please
restore it? Thx.
