The current plan is pretty informal
... "each team is to assign windows and linux, and a mix of VMs (Sun
and IBM, that I know of) and VM versions  and a mix of SDK vs. Runtime-Only"

But, since teams are so small, we do
leave a lot up to chance. My own thinking is that's fine -- there's only
so much we can do -- and hasn't seemed to cause any 
propblems to slip by, so far,  but
... I'm sure some Quality Engineers would want things more orderly and
documented on who 
did what. But, ASAIK, it would take
a "volunteer" to take on that role and some extra help testing,
since would likely be extra work for teams to fit in to that model. 

I know I personally use all 2x2x2x2
combinations ... doesn't everyone?  :) 

Teams: as far as focus, please lean
towards testing Java 1.5 VM's.

What's our plan for JVM coverage? Are you testing on both 1.4.2 and 1.5?

Please smoke test subject build and judge suitability for using it to begin
our M5 shutdown week. And report by EOD Thursday. 

It does have two failing JUnits ... one is a known quirk of "Display
size" of our headless PPC builds (that is, test-only, doesn't effect
qualifty of build). 
The other is a small regression in the area of content assist and use-beans.
We will be rebuilding to fix this, but is isolated enough should 
not hold up others testing.
