J2EE Smoke test fails.

Annotated servlet creation fails with
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=124146.  This had been
fixed, but due to some build issues, it is no longer in this driver.

Also, https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=126719
.  This is a regression where tomcat web projects are allowed to specify
add to ear.  This cause an NPE on create.  To me, it's borderline
for holding up 1.0.1. As of now it is pushed out to 1.5.  Thoughts?
