[wtp-releng] Status of Weekly I-builds

Just so everyone knows the same thing
... the JUnit tests didn't complete on most recent I-biulds. 
I "watched" the second time,
and someone somewhere was getting an SWT OutOfHandles exception. 

Since I dont' think there's been in
large changes in tests or how they are run, I'm hoping this is just 
cumlative problems with CruiseControl
leaking handles ... so, I restarted CruiseControl and restarted whole 
build. 

If you'd like to "risk" testing
I200602021557, I think that's fine, since I doubt anyone has checked anything
else in. 
Of course, if we get OutOfHandles again,
that means there's a blocking bug somewhere.
