[wtp-releng] Status of M-build for smoke test

I'm assuming the WSI test failures are
simply the test server being down. 

But, I'm more concerned that some plugins
do not yet have the 4-place version IDs. 
I do think its important we test with
all those this week, so I'll be looking to re-build later today. 

You can start to smoke test now, if
you'd like to get a head start, but would expect everyone to 
test on the "final" M-build
later today. 

Can anyone comment on updating the following
plugins? 
I'll update the first two in the list,
but would prefer owners to update the others.
