1.5.

One caveat, due to bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=124514,
all EJB creation does not work properly.

I think there's still problems with "notices" ... but will try
this "manual" one.
There really is an I build available at

http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/drops/I-I200601191100-200601191100/

I think this is suitable for smoke testing, even though there's something
obviously wrong
with the WSI tests. I'm assuming for now this is isolated, and can be fixed
later today?
