[wtp-releng] there is an M4 based build ready for smoke test: I-I2006011

While there is still a "red X",
this isn't a sign of any problem with the build, just didn't quite "work
around"  bug 123547 completely.

So, we will re-run the build, just to
get rid of the red X's, but if anyone want's to get an early start :) 
the following build is adequate for
smoke testing.
