[wtp-releng] Stutus of weekly I-build candidate -- who's fixing the buil

Just so everyone knows the same information
.... we are getting close!  (and its me and Naci fixing the builds
:) 

This morning's major problem was that
org.eclipse.jst.common.project.facet.core had not been released to its
map file
(and Kosta otherwise got soooo close
:) 

The biuld is running now (about half
done) so barring any other problems, should be a version ready to "smoke
test" by 12:30 PM ET. . 

FYI ... if you *really* want to to get
an early look, the "head" build on the comitters dowload area
should be pretty close to final, 
but .... we will want smoke tests on
final I-biuld later in the day.
