[wtp-releng] mail notification is "broke"

I think something's wrong with buildserver's
mail system (or that cable under the Black Sea)  ... the notification
of build results has not gone out 
for the last three builds (at least,
I have not received it :) 

Please check build page for latest builds
and breaking JUnit tests (they are the same as last 6 or so builds, those
mysterious, 
thread sensitive j2ee and ws tests).
